- Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments or cancellation.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of deposit.
- Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

- Prices listed are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
