At Elite Beauty, our top priority is ensuring a positive, satisfying experience for every client. As a small, appointment-based business, we value your time and our team’s time equally. Please review our policy below to understand our approach to cancellations and refunds.
1. Payment Policy
- We do not take advance payments. All services are charged after completion.
- You only pay once you’ have received the service.
2. Cancellation Policy
- We kindly request a minimum of 4 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may result in restricted future bookings.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.
3. No-Show Policy
- A “No-Show” (not turning up without informing) affects our business.
- After two no-shows, we may require a non-refundable deposit to confirm future bookings.
4. Refund Policy
- As payments are taken post-service, we do not offer monetary refunds once a service is completed and paid for.
- However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with a service:
- Please inform us immediately before leaving the salon.
- We will offer to adjust or re-perform the service at no additional cost wherever possible.
- If the issue arises after leaving, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
5. Prepaid Packages or Vouchers (if applicable)
- If you’ve purchased a prepaid package or gift voucher:
- Cancellations within the valid time can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are not issued, but services may be transferred to another person upon request.
6. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
- We use high-quality, tested products. However, skin sensitivities vary.
- Please inform us about any allergies or skin concerns before treatment.
- Elite Beauty is not liable for unknown or undisclosed skin reactions, but we are happy to help resolve concerns in a caring, professional manner.
